Accessibility
Built for everyone who needs coverage.
Choosing health coverage is hard enough. The site should never be the hard part.

Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across omnihealthplan.com. We have not had an independent audit yet, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have built in
We design and build pages so that:
- They work with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- Text and buttons meet AA color contrast.
- They are readable without JavaScript, and nothing important is hidden until a script runs.
- Animations respect your “reduce motion” setting.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Tap targets are at least 44 pixels, and pages fit a 390-pixel phone screen without sideways page scrolling.
- Disclosures are shown as text at body size, never only in an image or a hover.
Known limitations
- Some wide comparison tables scroll sideways inside their box on small screens.
- The AI desk streams its answers; some screen readers may announce them in pieces.
- Company websites we link to are not ours, and may not meet the same standard.
- Documents published by other organizations (such as plan guidelines) may not be accessible.
How we test
Last reviewed October 15, 2026, in an internal design review against WCAG 2.2 AA. No independent audit has been done yet. When one is, we will post the date and the results summary here.
