Your choice
You are not opted out
Our analytics tags are not turned on right now. You can still record your opt-out below.
Your choice is saved in a cookie in this browser only. If you clear cookies or use another browser or device, set it again. To opt out everywhere, including for a match request you already sent, email us (below).
Opting out means: our analytics and advertising tags do not load in this browser, and we will not sell or share personal information we can link to this browser. It does not stop a licensed advisor you asked to hear from contacting you; to stop calls, texts or emails, use Do not call / opt out.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells every site you visit not to sell or share your information. We treat it as a valid opt-out, as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states require. When we detect it, this page says so at the top, and our analytics tags never load.
Limit the use of my sensitive personal information
Sensitive information includes the health-related coverage needs you may select. We use it only to give you the results and the introduction you asked for, which California law allows without an opt-out. If you still want us to limit it further, or to delete it, email support@omnihealthplan.com with the email or phone number you used.
Other requests
- To see, correct or delete your information, read our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
